Lifetime Guarantee Policy
We are confident in the quality of our products, as each piece is meticulously handcrafted in our studio. That’s why we over a lifetime guarantee against any defects in materials or craftsmanship, in addition to the statutory warranty.
What does the Lifetime Guarantee Policy cover?
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers damages resulting from ordinary, normal use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Broken or malfunctioning clasps.
- Broken rings.
- Loose or damaged pendants.
- Broken necklace chains.
What is NOT included in the Lifetime Guarantee coverage?
Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover the following, but is not limited to:
- Lost or stolen pieces.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional harm.
- Damage caused by accidents.
- Damage caused by improper storage.
- Damage caused by improper jewerly care.
- Alteration or damage caused by a third party. In general, third-party modifications void our Lifetime Guarantee.
- Change of ownership through resale.
Please Note: We reserve the right to deny your guarantee claim at our sole discretion if any reasons for rejection apply, even if your claim also covers damages from ordinary, normal use.
How do I submit a guarantee claim?
For any guarantee claim, customers must retain their original proof of purchase. Customers must inform us of guarantee claims as soon as they discover the defect.
Guarantee claims may be submitted via email support@ragdollstudio.com.
Please provide the following information:
- Your order number and email address assigned to the order.
- Photos demonstrating the issue with the piece.
- An explanation of the damage to your piece along with an explanation of what caused the issue.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with claiming our lifetime guarantee.
We reserve the right to amend or terminate this lifetime guarantee at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. However, those changes will not affect guarantee coverage for items purchased prior to the modification.
