Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes what you envisioned and the reality of a product may not align. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order and love your jewelry as much as we do. That’s why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.

Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or not as described. As these pieces are tailored specifically for you, we are unable to accept them back for reasons other than quality issues.

Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@ragdollstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. The jewelry must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure that it arrives safely and can be traced. Additionally, please keep the receipt of your return shipment, as it may be required for any inquiries regarding the return process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As a small business we are not in the position to offer prepaid return labels.

REFUND

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. This includes the full purchase price of the item(s) as well as the standard shipping costs you paid for the initial delivery. Please note that if you selected a delivery method other than the standard delivery option offered by us, the additional shipping costs for that method will not be refunded.  You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

If your piece does not fit properly, we will adjust it free of charge. All we ask is that you cover shipping costs.
